Congratulations to all of our girls who participated in Les Mills Body Flow training this weekend! Karen told our girls that they were "well on their way to becoming World Class Body Flow instructors!" Well, DUH! We wouldn't expect anything less! Below are a few pictures from the weekend:
We are so proud of our girls for a job well done in a highly stressful environment. No one knows how hard these weekends are physically and emotionally- BUT, that's why Les Mills instructors are the best! Stay tuned for launch dates for Body Flow coming soon! And when you see these girls around the gym, make sure you let them know how much you appreciate them!
