Wipe away the "Wet Weekend Woes!!"

Even though it's a pretty dreary day outside, we are in high spirits here at the gym! This weekend, Studio 360 is hosting a Les Mills Initial Training for Body Flow. Five of our very own girls-Elisabeth, Charity, Mayada, Chrissy, and Chelsea- are participating in the training, along with three other guests from across the region. They are learning, studying, stretching and posing 'til they can't do it anymore-- in order to become top notch Les Mills Body Flow instructors! We are SO excited to have, Karen Torrell (pictured to the right), one of the most impressive trainers from the world of Les Mills South Central, here with us! She'll be with our girls until Sunday. And we want to give her a BIG THANK YOU for traveling down here to prepare us to launch such a phenomenal program!

So why Body Flow? How is it different from other yoga/pilates programs that are held at other gyms? WELL WELL WELL! We're glad you asked!!

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. It’s your personal time-out from the stresses and strains of daily life – a 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances both your physical and mental well-being.

Awesome right? We could all use some enhanced physical and mental well-being in today's world, but what other benefits will I get from consistent Body Flow?
-Improve your joint flexibility and range of movement
-Increase your core strength
-Improve your cardio-vascular function
-Burn calories
-Reduce your stress levels (Yes, please!)
-Provide a lasting sense of well-being and calmness
-Focus your mind and raise your level of consciousness through controlled breathing

Wow! Sign me up for sure!! We are SO excited about this launch that will most likely be taking place at the beginning of the year (stay tuned for those details)! Get EXCITED about how Body Flow can change you from the inside out.

We will be posting pictures of our girls from the training later on, so stay tuned!
